ABSTRACTS: Management of ethical behavior education for students in primary schools is one of important management tasks in order to achieve the goal of comprehensive education for students. The article presents the current situation and proposes some measures for management of ethical behavior education for students in primary schools in District 11, Ho Chi Minh City, contributing to comprehensive education of personality for the primary school students.
