ABSTRACTS: The article mentions a number of international studies related to managing teaching activities in direction of developing students’ competencies. Thereby, the article proposes a research model for management of teaching Vietnamese language in the orientation of developing the competencies for elementary students, contributes to improving the quality of primary education, to meets the requirements of renovating Vietnamese education in the current period.
