ABSTRACTS: Today, teaching staff at general schools are participating in various ing fessional training activities. This article introduces online training, a form with many advantages, agreement and bringing high efficiency in the current period. At the same time, the article also outlines measures to improve the quality and effectiveness of online trainingin order to contribute to improving the professional competency of teaching staff at general schools.
