04. Applying the CIPO model to managing the continuous training for elementary school teachers
ABSTRACTS: This article mentions the CIPO (Context - Input - Process - Output) model and gives some suggestions to apply this model to managing continuous training activities for primary teachers. Thereby it is possible to confirm the appropriateness of the CIPO model in managing continuous training for primary teachers and contributes to improving the quality of professional development for teachers in order to meet the requirements of current education innovation
