Thanh Phuong ABSTRACT: In 2016, the workforce of the tourist industry in Vietnam was the first to be affected by the ASEAN mutual recognition agreement on tourism (MRA-TP). This agreement has opened up various opportunities and challenges for the workforce of the tourist industry in Vietnam in general, and Khanh Hoa in particular. This research will focus on evaluating the real situation, and at the same time analyze the level of satisfaction of travel enterprises with the quality of the workforce of the tourist industry in Khanh Hoa, in order to identify the opportunities and challenges to base the recommendations on training solutions to help improve the quality of the workforce of the tourist industry in Khanh Hoa in the context of integration.
