13. Biện pháp nâng cao chất lượng học lâm sàng cho sinh viên điều dưỡng Trường Cao Đẳng Y Tế Cần Thơ

ABSTRACT: Practice plays a very important role in medical personnel training, especially in clinical practice, so the amount of time spent on clinical practice accounts for over 40% of the total duration of the training program. This article is aimed at understanding the clinical practice of nursing students in Can Tho Medical College. On that basis, propose measures to improve the quality of clinical education for nursing students at the school. Using the retrospective results of the study management records, the clinical practice profile of students of two nursing courses: course 7 (2017) and nursing course 6 (2016). Indicates some of the quality of the student's skills, knowledge and attitudes in clinical practice. Since then, measures related to the training and fostering of teachers instruct LS; Improve the quality of clinical teaching; Raising awareness and attitudes of students; Improvement of facilities, facilities and teaching conditions, as well as the organization and coordination of the proposed school and hospital.
