ABSTRACT: Basic and comprehensive innovation of education in our country now means to all factors of teaching, education processes, sets out responsibilities of managers, teachers, learners, teaching assistant to their families, communities and societies. The articles has pointed out some basic ideas of the guideline to innovate programs and textbooks of secondary education Thereby, new roles of the principals and teachers are shown to be executed for the succeed of our existing innovative career.
