12. Improving the quality of training for secondary schools’ managers in order to meet the needs of education reform

In general high schools, the management staffs are the high qualified experts. They are the ones who made the inspiration for the students, teachers, staffs and the community members in order to improve the quality of teaching, learning and maintain the the best results for all students. The management staffs team play an important role for the development of general high schools. They are considered as the leaders, the spirits of the team of lecturers. Improving the quality of training the management staffs which matches the requirements to renew the educational training is the substantial and practical activity at present.
