04. Improving the ability of constructing the objective question bank for lecturers of Ba Ria - Vung tau University
Thanh Phuong ABSTRACT
The lecturers’s competencies include a number of factors of which the competence in developing the objective test question bank is very important significantly affecting the examination and assessment of the students’s outcomes. By having a good grasp of the subject’s syllabus and the required techniques of making the test questions, the lecturers are able to develop a good question bank. Thence, the lecturers are to participate in developing sets of practice tests, final tests definitely meeting the specific knowledge requirements and increasing the objectivity, precision and reliability in learning outcome assessment, meanwhile, contributing to innovating the assessment methods, improving the quality and effectiveness of teaching activities in tertiary education at the Ba Ria - Vung Tau University.
