ABSTRACT
This article is presents and analyse a context, specializations of the modern society, interligent economy and education in the interligent economy.Analysing a requiments and contents of the development competence on the creative thinking for staff manager genaraly and staff educational mamager specialy. To put forward a mame contents of the basic and total innovation on the training and upgrading educational manager to approach development competence on the creative thinking.
