05. The reality and solutions of training and fostering for officials and civil servants in order to meet requirements of the fourth industrial revolution

In the trend of globalization and international integration, the Party, State and Government need to have training and fostering measures for cadres, civil servants and officials to meet the requirements of the fourth industrial revolution as an urgent demand. Because if the force of cadres, civil servants, civil servants are weak, unequal in qualifications, inadequate in knowledge and professional skills are not strong enough, they will not master the science, technology and technology within the scope of the work undertaken, and cannot meet the requirements of international integration. Therefore, the Prime Minister needs to request ministries and agencies to implement the Project of training, fostering officials, civil servants and public employees soon in the period of 2016 - 2025 in order to meet the requirements of international integration
