ABSTRACT:
Ongoing training for teachers is an annual activity during the school year. This helps teachers increase their professional teaching competence and update the current situation related to teaching. However, ongoing training at school has not received much attention from the teaching staff. With education and training renewal, specifically the implementation of the new school curriculum in the upcoming time, ongoing training for teachers plays a crucial role.
