04. Capacity frame for managers at high schools in the present context

The globalized and integrated world is being impacted immensely by the 4th Industrial Revolution. With the above trend, Vietnam's education was basically and comprehensively reformed in the direction of standardization, modernization, socialization, democratization and international integration. The above context is setting the important role and responsibility of educational administrators in leading and managing high schools. Therefore, they need to have the necessary capacity to fulfill their roles. This writing mentions the capacity frame for educational managers in high schools as the base for educational managers to make self-evaluation, self-adjustment, self-improvement; and lay the foundation for the managerial levels to build up programs, improve capacity, evaluate,... the team of managers at high schools.
