ABSTRACT: This paper aims to enable university lecturers and educational administrators to design or improve the learning outcomes when developing or reviewing their academic programs or modules, and to organize teaching and assessment activities relevant to the learning outcomes. The contents of this paper include: Relevant defnitions; Benefits of developing learning outcomes; Using Bloom Taxonomy for writing learning outcomes; Developing learning outcomes at program level; Developing learning outcomes at module level and linked to teaching and assessment activities.
