ABSTRACT: Problem decide the success of a school due to many factors such as: human, material and financial resources, including important factors and decisions than is the human resources, the core is to create dynamic policies capacity to mobilize the efforts, continuous innovation of the staff scientists, teachers, staff in the schools. The selection and application of assessment models to drive in the schools now have practical significance is very important.
