ABSTRACT
Standard of general school principals is the system of basic requirements for principals about political quality, professional ethics; professional competence, pedagogical skill; leadership ability, school management. To meet these requirements, principals should be provided the training on school management skills. This problem is being cared and researched by scientists, training institutes to improve teachers and educational managers.
