Educating self-served skills for elementary pupils is not only an educational goal but also a specific educational task, helping elementary students to form an initial basis for personality. Educating of self-served skills aims to educate independence for pupils from an early age. Due to development of biopsychological characteristics, teachers must apply specific measures in the educational process. However, in order for activities of educating self-served skills for elementary school pupils to be effective, it is necessary to have the management and direction of the school administration, directly is the school principal. Recognizing this importance, the paper presents measures to manage activities of educating self-served skills for elementary school students, in Thu Dau Mot City, Binh Duong Province
