01. Smart education: objectives, factors and prospects
ABSTRACT
By reviewing the development of smart education in some countries, this article tries to determine the goals, shared characteristics and components of smart education (smart learning environments, smart pedagogies, smart learners). In addition, this article compares preschool and general education in Vietnam and in Malaysia to find out the conditions for developing smart education in Vietnam.
