ABSTRACT:
At universities administrative officers are an important force who support educational management’s missions. Developing this staffs is a must duty for improving the quality of human resources which meets the requirements of university educational innovation today. This article discusses about aspects of developing administrative staffs, particularly: planning, recruiting, using, training and cultivating, staff assessment, building environment and working conditions for this staffs.
