Thanh Phuong ABSTRACT: This Paper mentions the facts of training management of Ly Tu Trong Communist Youth Union School – Ho Chi Minh City based on contents of training management via specific management functions, including: Planning; following-up; leadership; controlling, assessment and drawing experience. The research outcome shows that: the facts of training management of Ly Tu Trong Communist Youth Union School – Ho Chi Minh City at present has been achieved with certain results; However, it still remains shortcomings and limitations in fulfilling management functions due to the influence of subjective and objective factors. This Paper points out factors affecting to the training management of Ly Tu Trong Communist Youth Union School – Ho Chi Minh City at present, as a practical and important basis for recommendation of solutions to the reform of training management of Ly Tu Trong Communist Youth Union School – Ho Chi Minh City at present with a view to improving the training quality and satisfying demands of the integration tendency and industrialization and modernization of Vietnam.
