05. Training teachers and education managers in satisfaction to demands on primary and secondary education reform
Thanh Phuong ABSTRACT: Education and training is the top national policy, the cause of the Party, the State and the people. In education reform, teachers and educational administrators are the decisive factor not only in the quality of education in the school, but also in terms of their ability and quality throughout the life of each human. In order to form that special mission, teachers and educational administrators must have high professional qualifications, ethical qualities, be quick and adaptable. The article mentions some contents that need to be improved in the training and fostering of teachers and educational administrators to meet the requirements of modern education.
