04. Bringing into play the role of education managers in satisfaction to demands on basic and thorough reform of Vietnam education
Thanh Phuong ABSTRACT: Vietnamese education is renovating radically and comprehensively; meanwhile, in the world, the globalization process is stronger; the stormy development of the knowledge economy, science and technology creates challenges and opportunities for the growth of society and economy of Vietnam in general and for Vietnamese education in particular. With this effectiveness, Vietnam’s education has to carry out renewal of many fields; and one of the most important, decisive factors is the reform of educational administration and especially fostering educational managers in order to respond to demands of today’s era.
