ABSTRACT: ABSTRACT: With the continuous development of science and technology as of present, the training is carried out flexibly in many forms to contribute to building a team of teachers and managers with good moral qualities, political bravery, and capacity, meeting the requirements of serving the people as well as the development of the country. Regular training is one of many models to help teachers and managers have access to career development programs. The training and retraining work has a very important role and position to equip knowledge, skills, and methods of performing tasks in the activities of teachers and managers. Research articles on regular forms of training for teachers, managers, and orientations to evaluate the results of training based on the level of participation through E-Learning, the training facilities can refer to improve the quality of training, fostering to meet the needs of learners and the requirements of society.
