11. Improve the level of use of servant leadership style by high school principals
Thanh Phuong ABSTRACT: The Principal's leadership style plays an important role in school development. Researchers have proposed many approaches to leadership style such as behavioral approach, situational approach, operational approach... Servant leadership is approached from the perspective of followers, and is considered the leadership style of the 21st century. This article presents some basic concepts of servant leadership style, analyzes the current situation of servant leadership style of Principals in high schools in the Southern region and proposes some measures to improve High level of use of servant leadership style in schools.
