HO CHI MINH CITY SCHOOL OF EDUCATIONAL MANAGEMENT IMPLEMENTATION PROCESS FOR APPOINTMENT OF PRINCIPAL PERSONNEL FOR TERM 2020-2025
Pursuant to the Law on Public Employees dated November 15, 2010; Decree 115/2020/ND-CP dated September 25, 2020 regulating recruitment, use and management of public employees; Resolution No. 217/NQ-DU dated April 3, 2023 of the Ho Chi Minh City School Party Committee of Educational Management Officers on approving the plan to implement the Principal personnel process for the 2020-2025 term; Notice No. 193-TB/BCSĐ dated April 6, 2023, conclusion of the Party Committee of the Ministry of Education and Training on the staff work of the Ho Chi Minh City School of Educational Management Officers.
On April 14, 2023, in Conference room B, Ho Chi Minh City School of Educational Administration held a Conference, approving the steps according to the Plan to deploy the Principal's personnel process for the 2020-term term. 2025.
Attending the Conference, from the Ministry of Education and Training, there were Mr. Canh Chi Dung - Deputy Director of the Department of Personnel Organization; Comrade Pham Van Dung - expert of the Party Committee Office; Comrade Vu Dang Thanh - senior expert of the Department of Personnel Organization. Also attending was comrade Do Thi Ha - Head of the Party Committee Organizing Committee of Ho Chi Minh City Universities and Colleges.
On the side of the School, there was Dr. Vu Dinh Bay – Deputy Secretary of the Party Committee; Dr. Pham Thi Tuyet Minh - President of the School Trade Union; Dr. Phan Thi Thuy Quyen - Head of Organization - Administration - Management Department along with Heads and Deputy Heads of affiliated units and key officials of the School.
At the end of the Conference sessions, the School has completed the steps of the Principal Appointment Process. At the same time, the School gathered all results and documents to submit to the Party Committee of the Ministry of Education and Training and the Minister of Education and Training to consider and decide to appoint Dr. Vu Quang - Acting Principal to hold the position. Principal of Ho Chi Minh City Educational Management School to soon consolidate the school's leadership personnel system in the near future.
