13. Management of combination, integration of careers guidance in teaching elective subjects to guide careers for high school students

ABSTRACTS: It is known that competence is a combination of existing qualities and the process of training and learning. Each person has different attributes. If they have a favorable educational environment, those qualities develop, they will become capable. Differentiated teaching, including teaching elective subjects, is a way to develop competencies suitable for each group of students. Integrating the content of vocational education into elective subjects will facilitate students’ taking appropriate career orientation and leveraging their competencies.
