09. Assessment of service quality of facilities for students at the university of labor and social affairs

ABSTRACTS: On the basis of survey results by questionnaires, the research team conducted an analysis of Cronbach's Alpha for each factor evaluating the reliability of the scale. The multivariate regression results and the ANOVA test show all five factors: facilities, service capacity, interest, responsiveness, and reliability impacted on student’s satisfaction with facilities of the University of Labor and Social Affairs. The research team has also identified factors that positively impact student’s satisfaction with the University's facilities to different degrees. The results of this analysis are very significant in proposing solutions to improve the service quality of the facilities for students of the University of Labor and Social Affairs in the short and long term
