05. Building the organization procedure of training teachers through E-learning
Thanh Phuong ABSTRACTS: E-Learning has many outstanding advantages and is an effective form of training in the current period. The article focuses on building the process of organizing teacher training through ELearning in four steps: determine training needs; design training content; guide self-learning activities; check and evaluate teachers' training results. In particular, this article emphasizes on specific content in each step in order to help teachers to be active in retraining anywhere, at any appropriate time; at the same time, they can study long and continuously to instill and apply the trained contents into their practical teaching well
