ABSTRACTS: The article uses the method of collecting secondary materials to research on current status of scientific research activities in universities and colleges in Vietnam. The research results show that, besides the achievements, scientific research activities in universities and colleges are still limited and problems. Thereby, this article also proposes some solutions to improve the efficiency of scientific research activities in universities and colleges in Vietnam today.
