ABSTRACTS: This artical mentions the quality of teachers and the neccessary policies to develop teachers. Teachers are major factors determining the success or failure of implemeting educational program. In fact, some policies for teachers have revealed unsuitable things. Therefore, we need to have more comprehensive solutions and appropriate policies to promote the professional competencies of each teacher, connect the honor responsibility closely to each teacher, contribute to implementing the General Education Program 2018 sucessfully.
