ABSTRACT: Each person in an organization often has different needs. Therefore, they will have different kind of working motivations. As the result, in order to manage the school effectively, the principal has to understand his teachers needs as well as their working motivation. This writing also suggest some ways the principal can do to motivate his teachers to try their best to do their jobs which leads to the school’s success.
