ABSTRACT
Using categories of phenomena and nature combined with dialectical lo-gich when approaching method of dialectical materialism, the writer would like to present the essence of education management and point out the phenomena reflecting the essence of education management, with hope of contributing to the fundamental and comprehensive innovation of education management in Vietnam.
