04.The factors affecting lectures’ commitments to universities

Lecturers’ commitments has emerged as one of the governance issues which have attracted much attention and often been discussed in recent years. When lecturers are committed to their institutes, they will acquire deep understanding of the institutes, have a positive attitude towards the institutes, and with their colleagues improve the institutes efficiency. Proper attention to lecturers commitments will help the institutes to improve their efficiency in terms of productivity, profitability, quality, customer satisfaction and retention of lecturers. This article will analyze the factors that affect lectures commitments, and then it makes some recommendations on management of universities academic staff.
