ABSTRACT
Ho Chi Minh City Institute of Education Management (under Ministry of Education and Training) is a center for training and improvement of management and science for education managers; and acts as a key force of professional knowledge in system of professional refresher courses for education managers. During nearly 40 years of construction and development, the Institute has had much contribution to the training and improvement of teachers’ and education managers’ specialty in Southern provinces and cities.
