ABSTRACT
For effective legal education in schools, in addition to teaching conditions, the teachers must have full knowledge of law and proper teaching method. However, most teachers of Citizen Education subject are currently not fully trained in legal knowledge and teaching method in universities of education. This influences the effective legal education for students.
