11. Role of education in possession violations committed by persons under maturity age in Ho Chi Minh City

ABSTRACT
Offenses of adolescents in general, offenses against property in particular in Ho Chi Minh City is likely to increase, which raises the concern for the whole society. The article stated the status, causes, forecasting offenses against property conducted by adolescnets in Ho Chi Minh City and suggesting some basic solutions to prevent the said evils, particularly emphasized the role of education, including family education, social education and school education because most offenders have low education level (below Secondary school level), even illiteracy.
