02. Development of early childhood teachers
ABSTRACT
Teachers are the force that determines the quality of education and training. Especially at preschool level, the role of the teachers holds an even more important position. Developing preschool teachers to be sufficient in quantity, balanced in structure and meeting quality standards is the prior task of educational management institutes. This article presents the criteria for evaluation of preschool teachers and the developing preschool teachers according to the human resource management approach.
