09. Fostering teaching competencies for teachers of technology subject to implement the new general education program

ABSTRACT

In response to the requirements of educational innovation, the new general education program was built in the direction of a goal approach, completely different from the old program according to the content approach. To proactively force teachers to carry out educational reform, localities need to conduct training in teaching and learning activities. Surveys of technology teachers show the need for them to be fostered, facilitate access to advanced teaching programs, to be able to be creative about their lessons in an open way. Fostering for teachers to have lively and attractive lessons in terms of content and methods to meet the requirements of implementing the new general educationa program.
