ABSTRACT
The article introduces an overview of the theoretical basis of high school management according to the approach to Total Quality Management, evaluating the real situation of teaching activities, and managing teaching activities in high schools according to the approach to TQM in Lam Dong province. Thereby proposing some measures to contribute to improving the efficiency of managing high schools in Lam Dong according to TQM.
