01. The autonomy of universities in Vietnam - an unavoidable trends

ABSTRACT
In Viet Nam, autonomy of universities is considered as an unavoidable developing trend, it is a necessary and sufficient condition for universities to maintain and develop in the trend of competition and integration. Vietnam has been implementing a pilot of this mechanism. Beside our achievements, we are also facing many difficulties, challenges, and it requires joining hands with the whole political system.
