04. Applying the Malcolm Baldrige criteria into quality evaluation in schools

ABSTRACT
Education quality evaluattion activities have been interested and implemented for many years in schools around the world, as well as in Vietnam. The article introduces Malcolm Baldrige criteria widely used in the US, orienting to apply into Vietnamese conditions. That helps managers and scientists have a new perspective on the quality evaluation in schools to meet the developing trend of society today.
