ABSTRACT
In order to successfully implement the new general education program, it is necessary to have the participation of all education resources. In particular, the professional group leader plays a special important role. Menaging professional group leader is an important mission of principals. This paper analyzes the current situation of professional group leader managment in primary schools in Mekong Delta.
