ABSTRACT:

Training human resources at company has become a popular and widespread model in Japan since World War II. It meets the prompt requirements of “miracle” development of the economy of this country. There are two basic forms of human resource training at company in Japan: on-job training and off-job training. Most employees and managers confirm that on-job training is more effective and practical. For supporting human resource training, companies in Japan often have experienced mentors who guide new employees. The reason for successful training at company in Japan is the employee's long-term commitment like lifetime working to their company, so companies are willing to spend time and effort investing in training. Vietnam can get a lot of experiences from the model of human resource training at company in Japan
