10. Realities and risks of keeping the regulation of taking social security benefits at one time before retirement age
Thanh Phuong ABSTRACT:
Nowadays, current policies of social insurance in Viet Nam allow workers to withdraw their social insurance one time before the age of retirement. This is one of causes leading to increasing amount of people who withdraw their social insurance one time alertly recent time. This problem not only impacts on social welfare for the workers in long term, but also impacts on the aim of expanding the covering range of policies of social insurance, and it increases the burden for National budget in future. This paper writes about analyzes real status of policies of one time social insurance, risks of retaining this policies, and then suggests solutions for improving policies of social insurance, limit increasing rate of withdraw social insurance one time, to ensure social welfare for workers in long term
