16. Managing capacity improvement activities for teachers in secondary schools in District 11 of Ho Chi Minh City

The team of managers and secondary school teacher in District 11, Ho Chi Minh city has a relatively high percentage of standard and above-standard teaching level but there are still shortcomings and weaknesses which have not met the requirements of educational innovation. To improve the quality of the team, it is necessary to strengthen management of capacity improvement for the team in the direction of: raising awareness in capacity improvement, building and implementation of improvement plans according to professional standards, According to professional standards, renovating the organization of improvement activities, accelerating inspection and assessment of improvement activities; increasing investment and management of resources for the training of managers and teachers in schools.
