ABSTRACT

Resolution 29-NQ/TW Eighth Conference of the Central Executive Board Term XI on comprehensive fundamental innovations in education and training identified one of the key mission, solution for comprehensive, fundamental education innovation of the country is: "Raising awareness about the critical role of education and training quality of teachers and educational administrators". It is necessary to thoroughly grasp the role of teachers and education managers; concurrently innovate the goals, programs, training methods to teachers and educational management staff scientifically, accordingly, ensure practical results, contributing to the successful implementation of comprehensive fundamental education innovation of the country, making Vietnam to integrate deeper with the region and the world.
