ABSTRACT: The article aims to give a perspective on digital competence, shows the difficulties that high school teachers in Ho Chi Minh City face in the process of digital transformation and the reference base for the digital competency framework. UNESCO proposes measures to improve the digital capacity of high school teachers in the current period.
