02. Fostering and improving teaching capacity for primary teachers in the digital era

ABSTRACT: Based on a survey of administrators and teachers in Ho Chi Minh primary school (07 public primary schools), this article analyzes the current situation of fostering activities to improve teaching capacity for teachers; such as: the importance of fostering activities, performace level and the effectiveness of the training. From there, the article proposes some solutions about fostering to improve the capacity of primary school teachers in the digital era.
