14. Developing the school culture in preschools
Thanh Phuong ABSTRACTS: Education and culture are two core components of a school, where trains human resources for society, contributes to the comprehensive development of human personality, and drives people towards the true - good - aesthetic values. In schools, the intellectual education and the moral education must be done in parallel. Building and developing a school culture is an indispensable task in the school according to fundamental and comprehensive reformation of education and training. Preschool education is the first level to create the foundation for the personality development of each child, preschool is the first door leading children into life. The issue of developing school culture for preschools is even more necessary and important.
