10. General education meeting human resources of the process of integration for Ho Chi Minh City
Thanh Phuong ABSTRACTS: General education creates a premise for developing highly qualified human resources in the period 2020-2030 for Ho Chi Minh City is a necessary and urgent issue in the context that the city is increasingly promoting construction of a intelligent city. Therefore, it is required that the education and training sector of the city need to have a strategic roadmap and direction on legal basis, and invest in adequate human, material and financial resources to create human resources who are global workers and citizens such that they have to truly master knowledge, advanced science and technology, and meet the requirements of strong international integration
